PREPARING FOR A REIKI ATTUNEMENT

Preparing for a Reiki attunement is beneficial as the process takes place on a meta physical level in the chakras, the aura and the physical body.

An emotional as well as toxic release can therefore take place as part of the cleansing process and in order to improve results during and following the attunement preparation is recommended.

This will allow the energies to work more efficiently and create greater benefits for you.

The preparation is optional and depending on individual lifestyles may require no changes.
