" I first read about Reiki 12 or more years ago and thought it sounded quite interesting. I put the book away and didn't do anything about it. I was raised in a Catholic household with lots of children and just got on with life using prayer as my only spirtual tool. It wasn't until I met Pauline that I became interested in using Reiki. I was attuned 3 years ago and didn't really use it much as I was so busy. At that time I was looking after my elderly mother who also received regular treatments and care from Pauline.
